Client - Lolly Estates

Lolly Estates of MW Real Estate Co., Inc. is based in Nashville, Tennessee. As the current Listing Manager, I oversee the creation and management of property listings in the MLS. My role includes creative consulting, scheduling professional photography, curating and selecting images, and generating compelling written content. I also manage the mailing list and CRM system, while designing both digital and print marketing materials. Previously, I also served as the Social Media Manager, further enhancing our online presence and engagement strategies.

In 2023, Lolly Estates underwent a complete rebranding process, during which I contributed as a Creative Consultant. I developed the moodboard, assisted in creating the color palette as well as selecting one of the key fonts, and provided consulting to shape a brand that authentically reflects the vision and personality of the owner.
